The StirrupPro 16B is a high-performance CNC automatic stirrup bending machine engineered for reinforcing steel processors, precast concrete manufacturers and construction companies requiring fast, accurate and reliable production of stirrups and shaped reinforcing bars.
Capable of processing single wire from 6mm to 16mm and double wire from 6mm to 13mm, the StirrupPro 16B automatically straightens, measures, feeds, bends and cuts reinforcing bar directly from coil in one continuous operation. This fully automated process significantly reduces labour requirements while improving production output, dimensional accuracy and material utilisation.
The StirrupPro 16B comes standard with a 7-metre powered outfeed table, providing excellent support for longer stirrups and finished products while improving workflow and reducing manual handling.
Featuring a fully servo-driven design with bi-directional bending and a user-friendly touchscreen CNC control system, operators can quickly create, store and recall hundreds of different bending programs, making the machine ideal for both small production batches and continuous high-volume manufacturing.
