The StirrupPro 12A is a compact, high-performance CNC automatic stirrup bending machine designed for reinforcing steel processors, precast concrete manufacturers and construction companies requiring reliable, high-speed production of reinforcing steel stirrups and shaped bars.
Capable of processing single wire from 4mm to 12mm and double wire from 4mm to 10mm, the StirrupPro 12A automatically straightens, measures, feeds, bends and cuts reinforcing bar directly from coil in one continuous operation. This fully automated process improves productivity, reduces labour costs and delivers exceptional bending accuracy with minimal material waste.
Featuring a servo-driven feeding and bending system with an intuitive PLC touchscreen control, operators can quickly program, store and recall a wide range of stirrup shapes. The StirrupPro 12A is ideal for both small production runs and continuous manufacturing, providing reliable performance with low maintenance requirements.
