The standard TECMOR Cut and Bend Line includes:
Two single-tier bar storage racks (one positioned on each side of the workstation)
Tecmor rebar shear with electric foot pedal
Support frame for the Tecmor shear
Two roller workbenches for material handling
Tecmor rebar bending machine
This configuration allows reinforcing steel bars to be cut and transferred directly to the bending machine, creating a simple and efficient workflow for reinforcing steel fabrication.

The storage system is composed of modular structures of 2 metres each, allowing the workstation layout to be adapted according to the available space and production requirements.
This system enables operators to quickly access the reinforcing steel bars to be processed and move them efficiently onto the central roller workbenches. Special sliding supports allow the bars to be moved safely and smoothly from the storage racks to the work surface, ensuring practical and safe handling of reinforcing steel.
