Manufactured in Italy, the 300-HC combines a powerful hydraulic alligator shear with roller benches for efficient feeding and unloading of reinforcing steel bars. System Overview

At the centre of the TECMOR Rebar Line 300-HC is a D300-HC hydraulic alligator shear positioned between two roller benches designed for feeding and unloading reinforcing steel bars.

The cutting movement of the hydraulic shear and the rotation of the motorised rollers are controlled directly from a single electronic operator panel, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Outfeed Roller Bench

The outfeed roller bench consists of a modular structure equipped with non-motorised rollers.

• 21 m

The outfeed roller bench is equipped with a mechanical latch used to determine the required cutting length. A rack positioned on the side of the bench allows storage of the cut reinforcing bars.

The standard configuration of the Rebar Line 300-HC includes:

• 12 metres of infeed roller benches
• 6 metres of outfeed roller benches

However, the modular design allows customers to customise the layout and bench lengths according to their production requirements.
